Registration & Hotel Reservation
The online registration was closed on November 23, 2015.
The online registration and hotel reservation is now open.
Please take a look at the instruction below and proceed to online registration and hotel reservation:
- All the participants including invited speakers are expected to register online by 23:59 on Nov 22, 2015 (KST and JST).
- Please place a check mark at “Accommodation” before clicking on “Next” button if you also want to reserve the hotel.
- You will receive emails from west.jtb.jp immediately after registration. Please let us know if you have not received them.
- Please remember that payment for registration and hotel fee is also required online.

For accompanying person(s), the reception party fee is 3,000(JPY) per person and banquet party fee is 6,500(JPY) per person.
